I have to say that I've surprised myself. I have a history of insisting I would "never" start a blog for crafting. However, through a series of events in my life, it became obvious that I need to. Sorta have to! So, here I go, and I hope you will accompany me on this new journey.
My goals are simple -- to inspire others in creative ways. You know that I am a huge fan of paper crafting. Now that I have purchased a Silhouette Cameo, I am (slowly) learning to design cut files and print & cut files. This is a blessing and challenge. I have zero graphic design training and was not sure if I could handle the design aspect of this marvelous machine. I'm still not sure, but at least now I can say that I enjoy the design aspect and the huge learning curve.
So you might see me start to post pictures of my creative designs for the Cameo, but don't let that scare you off! I intend to share the files not only as SVG files but as JPG as well, so you can still print out the images and cut them for your crafts.
The first project I'm sharing with you is the Wonky Houses Mini Album I designed. I'm sharing the image of the completed project, but keep an eye on my blog -- I'll be sharing the files soon! There are other details involved in sharing computer files, and I'm learning as I go. I hope you'll be patient and stick around!
